It is suitable for materials in easy dehydration and high frequency working industries. It has the features of compact structure, stable performance, high efficiency and low running cost.It is widely used in petrochemical, metallurgical(gold, silver, copper, iron ore, zinc ore rare earth, etc), oil(light oil, glycerol, mechanical oil, vegetable oil, etc), ceramics(bentonite, active soil, procelain clay, etc), and so on.
Features:
The reinforced polypropylene filter plate is made of patented technology mould, with the features of high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, non-toxic and odorless.It adopts the technology of manual jack compressing and mechanical locking, reasonable structure, easy operation and maintenance.
The maximum filtering pressure is 0.6MPa, which is suitable for material with less solid content and easy to filter.
The main structure is made of all-steel welded joint, with stable mechanical stability, small models and attractive appearance.
Chamber filter press is simple, safe and labor-saving. Through controlling the buttons on the control panel to achieve continuous operation. It is also equipped with a variety of safety devices to ensure operator’s safety.
